Passion, risk taking ability, confidence about own skills, education, hunger for success are some of the key factors which allow one to jump into something which is may be a bit different from the surroundings from where one belongs to. Both Tina and Surajit did the same. From the start of their relationship they had a wildest dream of forming an interior designing farm together and slowly they started the process after their college days. Post completing the designing degree, Tina started her career as a designer and Surajit trained himself in Management Studies and to gain more knowledge regarding the industry he went to paint and waterproofing segment. Tina sharpened her skills by learning Architecture and Interior-design and both of them did some hand-on onsite experiences. Slowly they started doing executions of their own and started building their teams.
